Don’t pump out all the milk completely, just about 1/2 to 2/3 to relieve any discomfort and prevent blockage of the ducts. Also use ice packs if you need. Then you can reduce the frequency even further to like 36 hrs or stop completely if you no longer have discomfort/engorgement
Eat cabbage and peppermint.. avoid food that encourages milk production eg garlic, high protein food, high zinc seafood, eggs
It will eventually stop producing once u completely stop pumping. Boobs would still leak, and hurts, but just endure.
Use the haka silicone pump which is not using motor . It is not as strong as the electric pump.
Drag the time longer. From 1 day to 2day and eventually it will stop
It will slowly stop if you decrease the frequency more and more.

I reduced it from how of session per day slpwly
I dragged and eventually it stopped.
