When did your period return to normal after birth (natural, induced, Csect, vbac )etc.

How do I know whether it's period or lochia? And how much flow or colour of blood is normal?#firsttimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls

After birth I bled for 2months then stopped till period came at 8months PP (breastfeeding). IIRC mine for lochia it was a consistent darker maroonish(?) red. Heavy for the first two weeks then normal flow afterwards. For period, 1st period was a heavy flow and lasted 1 whole week before the light brown discharge came (prepregnancy my period only lasted 3 days and no strong flow. Irregular dates as well). My period became regular (just that it’s now 7 days instead of 3) with no more crazy cramps.
