contispation
how to help with contispation. My child is 2.6 years old very difficult to shit. Dont want to eat properly. Please advice
My girl is 32 months and have constipation since about 1 year ago... She doesn’t like to eat vegetables, fruits, and drank nothing but only milk & water... I started to give her prune juice after reading an article online and it helps a little but not much. I suggest to bring yours to the doc if he/she is not eating well too... just about 2 months ago, I brought her to see a specialist at KK Hospital. They did a check and I was told that her stomach & intestine is all filled with sh*t. Thus, she doesn’t have much appetite to eat. She started on this powder medication, and I also gave her some juice. Now, 2 months later, she poo once every 2 days, and she eats almost everything, and loves to drink juices. It is a great improvement for her.

Also, let her get into the habit of going to the toilet everyday. Try letting her go Everyday at the same time. It's ok if she didn't do her business but it helps to get her into the habit.

My 3 years old babygirl , since she was 2 years old she’s super scared to poop . Advice to eat banana , drink yakult & at the same time support her when she’s trying to control her poop.
Try to feed your child some prunes and oranges and increase the fibre in their diet (multigrain bread, leafy greens). If your child doesn't poop by tomorrow best to take to paed.
Hi, Please provide your child with lots of fruits and juices. Also give him the electral water, as it maintains the minerals and salts balance in body during constipation
Take papaya, banana and probiotic. If you want can use EO, massage his/ her tummy. Does she / he still drink milk? If yes how many time and how much?
Mashed papayas and banana are some fruits to help her, or mashed steamed spinach with porridge... do encourage her to take more fluids too.
Give your child lots of fruits. And make sure he/ she drinks plenty of water and is getting enough physical play. All these factors count!
Try fruit purée, probiotics or change the milk. Drink plenty of water and if it's still bad do bring your child to a pediatrician.
