eat small meals a day, try to identify which kinda food tend to trigger your nausea and avoid them, before you wake up, can try to eat some plain crackers. if it is really so bad that you can't focus at work, you can also get pregnancy safe anti nausea pills from your gynae.. on bad days, I take diclectin prescribed by my gynae. Other days, I just try to endure or if really cannot I will just vomit out and get instant relief thou it comes back later. take care!
