How to you handle if you and your husband's/wife's rules for the kids are always contradicting?

Have a talk with your partner! Weigh out what would actually be best for the kids, list down your kids' reaction to each rule and it's effects to them. If you have noticed which one works best then go for it. But never be too keen, try to switch it up from time to time. Goodluck!
