New Born Birth Certificate

How to get a duly stamped birth certificate po to submit sa SSS? I gave birth sa Taytay Doctor's Hospital. They gave me a copy of birth certificate with signature from the local civil registrar pero Wala man Lang stamped or nakalagay na certified true copy. How to get one po? Pls help. Ito ung binigay Ng hospital.

ang lam ko po you can have your copy stamped at the local registry office, or pwede rin kayo humingi ng certified true copy from the registry office. may bayad nga lang po pareho
