Boob pain and tiredness around 3-4 weeks. I get both symptoms before my period but they were more enhanced.

I managed to catch before i missed my period. Massive backpain and headache. Eventhough its kinda early!

Earliest is your body temp hasn't gone down a day or two before your 1st day of period! Get a thermometer!
