How early can you take a pregnancy kit test for pregnancy?

Ako im not quite sure with test kits kasi i used test kits when im pregnant with my two girls but every test came out negative. But i have missed a month or so with my period, so i decided to ho to an o.b and guess what.. im so pregnant.
