I got a perineal spray.. i use it every time i have to chg my pad.. its v cooling n it helps la the swollen bits.. my sis also got it but i think useless for her cos end up she had to go thru csect..

Get a perineal antiseptic spray and a perineal water bottle for your toilet use. It will work better.
