How do you persuade your 3 year old to eat his vegetables ?

Such a nightmare this one! My 7 year old daughter refuses to eat anything vegetables and would kick up such a huge fuss if I try to make her eat some. A girlfriend suggested that I try out different recipes to mask out the vegetable taste and it works!
