Simple. Imagine your hubby doing all of the above, which would YOU consider as him cheating on you? From your list, I personally would say all, except flirting (which I find healthy), are considered as infidelity. Assuming your flirting remains within its boundaries, of course!
If it included sexual activity, i consider it as cheating. When he just flirt or chat with a girl about something then the problem maybe is in me. I will fix myself, if the flirt and texting continue, then i know he cheated on my emotionally but too afraid to break up with me.

Definitely all of the above. If you have to hide it from your spouse, you're cheating. Cheating comes in many different forms and many don't realized that emotional cheatings destroys a happy marriage just as well as cheating physically on your spouse.
