How do I use my spectra S1 with the Freemies?

Here's a great video showing how to connect a Spectra to the Freemies: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Z49pOny8Zk After setting up your Freemies with Spectra, you can pump with your shirt on. One thing to note is that you have to be wearing fitting bra for the Freemies to work. What you have to do is to fit the Freemies onto your breast (ensuring that the nipple fit into the hole) and support it in place using your bra.
