How do i connect the freemie pumps to the spectra s1 motor?

One tip when using Freemie is that you have to be wearing fitting bra for the Freemies to work. What you have to do is to fit the Freemies onto your breast (ensuring that the nipple fit into the hole) and support it in place using your bra. So getting bra that would fit well with the Freemie in place is important!
