Ah, first time mom struggles, I get it! Honestly, we just wash and sterilize ours regularly, yung glass bottles namin nag-last ng mahabang time kaya hindi kami nag-dispose agad, pero if may cracks or malim na stains na hindi mawalis, that's when we replace na talaga, usually around 1-2 years or depende kung gaano kalaki ang damage. Marami sa circle of mum friends ko nag-donate pa ng mga bottles sa charity or passed them sa younger cousins if okay pa ang condition, kaya hindi agad basura, pero kung plastic na bottles at mainit na pag-wash, nag-wear out sila ng mas mabilis kaya maybe every 6-8 months na lang namin binabago.
