how did you know that your pregnant?

10 days late. 3 positive PTs. I noticed some pain similar to menstrual cramps that started when I was 5 days delayed. So I didn't think to take a PT coz I thought my period was coming. But it didn't. I didn't realize that I was already experiencing pregnancy symptoms.
