Hey mama Mia, I can understand your frustration. Happened to me too - came to a point where I even had to squat and sit and get up with my son at the hip. However it’s understandable because so much is happening for them at 18 months including experiencing emotions. I thought this was a good read: https://raisingchildren.net.au/toddlers/development/development-tracker-1-3-years/18-24-months They require lots of reassurance and yes it’s a phase that doesn’t last. Once they let go, you might find yourself in a bittersweet moment of “oh no they grow up so fast” and “oh thank god”. Take care mama and hang in there!
