How to clean/wash beansprout pillow?

The actual pillow can only be sun-tanned, using ultraviolet rays from the sun to "clean it". You can wash the pillow case but remember to dry it completely and probably sun it for a bit too!

best way i learnt from the beansprout pillow seller in the baby fair. put in microwave for few minute :) im using this way too

i only wash the case as for the beansprout pillow i will hang it out to dry or just sun tan the beansprout pillow for awhile

Beansprout pillow can't be wash or not it will spoil. Can just hang it out to sun tan to kill germ...

I suntan the pillow once a month. The case i will change every 2 weeks
