How do you clean out earwax from toddler's ear? And how regularly do you do it?

It is not necessary to clean out the earwax in baby's ear because it doesn't really bother baby. Ear wax is normal and natural to the body and it doesn't cause ear infections nor will it affect his hearing. In fact, it helps keep germs and whatnots out of the inner ear. The wax will eventually fall out on its own. DO NOT insert anything into your baby's ear canal, especially not ear swabs -- it can damage the eardrum. To keep baby's ears clean, wipe them daily with a warm washcloth.
