How to breastfeed baby once they sprouts their little teeth?

Baby is merely playing. My baby keeps tugging at my nipples and it hurts so much. He is also teething, so i suppose he does it for comfort. There is a difference from the way they pull when they are impatient or teething. If he starts pulling, ill remove tell him no and stop the feed. Because when he is really hungry he does not do that at all.
