Grinding teeth

Hello mummies. How do u stop ur babies from grinding their teeth when they sleeping? Is this a phase thing or can i do something that subconsciously make them stop?

How bad is the grinding, mine would go on for about ten mins then I stuff a teether in

Many babies and children outgrow teeth grinding naturally. Do consult a pediatrician if you're worried.
