How to breastfeed baby once they sprouts their little teeth?

May I know should I introduce her pacifier? But read lots infos said it likely will reduce milk supply or baby might refuse to direct latch. Is it true? As I found that her sucking is not as strong as last time after bottle fed. But no choice as I need to back to work. My baby is 5 month now. Long journey to go!!!
