If it is already swollen, I would not wait it out, that is a sign you should see a doctor sooner rather than later. It could be a yeast infection or something else that needs the right treatment, and trying to manage it on your own might make it worse. Please do get it checked by a gynae or even your polyclinic GP as soon as you can, just to be safe and get some relief

Have you tried to use feminine wash? Try to use one with probiotics and keep that area clean. You can’t use normal soap cause our ph for down there is different!
