In same boat. I'm 31wks too. I'm under medication, control food intake/portion. No sweet food. Monitor ur glucose level by urself. So far ok under control. Break your meal into small portion. :) Dr ask stop drinking pregnancy milk powder. Try some fresh milk. Hopefully our baby are healthy.. and take care.

Ada yg bgtau jus mamariam tu gula dia tggi.. sy penah consume sbb nak naikkn hb.bukan naik tp trunnya byk.. so, skrg mmg stop trus.bergantung pd bdn individu..
memang perlu banyakkan minum air kosong sis, elakkan minum air berwarna or bergula termasuk susu jugak sementara atau pilih susu no sugar ataupun ambil pil kalsium utk gantikan susu.
sya bukan jenis yg amalkan susu sis masa pregnant, boleh tya nurse atau doktor mana yg paling bagus.
Try jus mamariam sis. Ia memang terbaik. Selama sy check up, gulaa okay jerr😊😊 hb pun okay sis. Selamat mencuba👌
Maybe sis tak serasi kot dgn jus mamariam. Tpi selama saya amalkan jus mamarian, memang okay. Selama check up gula semua okay, HB pun okay. Kaki pun tak bengkak, nurse semua puji 🤭
