I'd honestly suggest checking with your pedia about this one, while some kids do get mild tummy upset when starting vitamins, cough, runny nose, and fever together sounds like it could be a virus rather than the vitamins themselves, lalo na ngayon maraming bugs going around. A few of us tried giving vitamins after a long break and walang ganitong reaction, so it's best to get it checked out to be sure kung saan nanggagaling ang symptoms.
