Sakit Perut + Najis Cair

Hii. Maaf nak tanya, ada tak yang sama macam saya 31W tapi bila buang air besar najis tu cair. Bukan cirit birit sebab terjadi sekali sahaja. Kalau cirit birit berulang kali lebih dari 3 kali kan...Normal ke ye bila dah masuk trimister 3 ni? #firstbaby #firstmom

Eh, actually quite normal in third trimester lah, hormones and baby pressing on everything messes with our digestion! A few of my mum friends juga kena loose stools like that, especially closer to labour. But if it comes with sakit perut yang tak hilang or kalau terjadi berulang-ulang over a few days, better check with your doctor just to be safe, sebab sometimes it could be something else juga. For now rest, drink plenty of water, and makan yang mudah dicerna like plain rice or porridge, hopefully it settles soon!
