Hey mama, hindi pa yan period, lochia yan, yung normal postpartum bleeding after CS, at parang ganyan talaga ang pattern niya, sometimes mababa then biglang tama ulit lalo na if nag-activity ka or nag-breastfeed ka kasi nag-trigger yan ng uterine contractions! A few of us CS moms experienced the same thing around weeks 4-6, so you're not alone, pero since it's been 5 weeks na and you're concerned about the sudden heaviness, better check with your OB lang para ma-rule out kung normal bleeding lang talaga or may clot formation na, especially since no pain sa puso, better safe than sorry! Keep an eye on kung may foul smell or fever na sumama, alam mo na yan red flag agad.
