4 month baby gg 5 month stop babble
Hihi mummies I would like to enquire it is normal for a baby to stop babbling much at gg 5 months ? But she teething a lot n start to crawl n grab her feet all le n flip a lot
Hi mum, I went through this worry also when my baby suddenly became quieter with babbling around that age. Sometimes it can happen because baby is focusing more on new physical skills like rolling, grabbing feet, or trying to crawl, so their attention shifts and vocalising reduces a bit for a short while. As long as baby is still responsive, making sounds sometimes, and meeting other milestones like movement and eye contact, it’s usually not something to worry too much about. But if you notice she becomes very quiet for a long time or loses other skills as well, then better to check with PD just for peace of mind.
