Bird Nest with “yangshen”

Hihi, my MIL asked TCM and say can cook Bird Nest with “yangshen” (not sure what’s the English name called) and consume during first trimester. Wonder is it correct?

usually bird nest with red dates and sugar still ok.. First trimester try to avoid any herbs if not sure which to consume..
