Bird Nest with “yangshen”

Hihi, my MIL asked TCM and say can cook Bird Nest with “yangshen” (not sure what’s the English name called) and consume during first trimester. Wonder is it correct?

Wolfberry, Red Dates is fine just make sure NO HERB throughout whole pregnancy 😊
