Is there anyway for my baby to reduce jaundice without phototherapy ?SOS!

Are you breastfeeding? If yes, it could be breastmilk jaundice. Try mix feeding: breastmilk in the day and formula milk at night. My baby has high jaundice too and is already 5 weeks old. It helped to reduce the jaundice but not enough for a 5 week old baby hence we just switched to full formula milk hoping it will reduce faster. Also, the more baby poops and pees, the faster the jaundice will drop. Do not “sun tan” your baby as baby will be dehydrated.
