Hi there. A similar thing happened to my daughter too...We took her to a dentist straightaway. He x-rayed her tooth and we found that there was a slight fracture. But he also said not to worry, as the tooth can heal itself. What he did tell us was that with tooth trauma sometimes the symptoms show up 3-5 weeks later. So watch her tooth closely and observe any colour changes..if it is going black that means that the nerves have been damaged. But i hope it is nothing as serious as that...and that your little one is feeling better.
First you'll want to make sure that your baby has no other injuries (to his face or head, for example) that need emergency treatment. For minor injuries it is important to continue checking the wound for some time, to ensure they do not get infected. Visit a doctor or dentist if the wound becomes swollen.

If you notice any signs of infection, such as fever, swelling and tenderness. schedule an appointment for the dentist to evaluate whether there are underlying cracks or other damage you can't see.
If the bleeding has stopped in 5-10 minutes should be ok. Just observe her carefully for the next 24 hours.
yes u need to bring ur child to the doctor so that it will give financial care
just monitor her within 24hours. if there's no sign, puke that should be fine
Dentist first. He can do the basic analysis and then go see a doctor.
