Hi mums, i just read that grapes is a potential choke-hazard! what is the best way to prepare them during blw?

There is this mazing mesh on a stick that you get. You can put the fruit inside it and the little one can suck and chew and get all the flavours and nutrition without the fear of choking. We introduced watermelons (because of seeds), strawberries and grapes this way.

I second the food feeder too as it helped our parents gained confidence abt BLW although true blue BLW is about actual eating without intervention. Either that, slice up grapes so it's easy to pick up n feed.

You can cut them in 1/2 or 1/4 long way to make it easier for them to eat and reduce choking hazard. Same for fishballs
