Hi mummies, I will be hiring a maid for the first time, more to taking care of my girl. What are the things to look out for? Don't have any experience in it. And is there any good agency to recommend? ♡ Thanks in advance.

Let the agency know u need someone with experience & one who can listen and speak good if not at least basic English. Some maids are good but miscommunication due to language barrier can result in baby not being well taken care of as per employers' request.
