hi, i woke up today feeling pains like menstruation pains, they come n go 6 mins apart, and i discovered mucus plus with blood spots, should head to the clinic or wait for my water to break? #firsttime40weeks

If the pain doesn't go away even if you change position, it's better to head to the hospital soon.. mucus plug / bloody show is a sign you could be in labour soon
