Hi, my 3-month old boy seems to have a lot of phlegm. Any solution how can I help him? Have tried to suck out the phlegm from the nose but there is nothing.

Try steaming and percussion method. You put hot water in a basin, let your baby face it, not too near but not too far. Let him inhale the steam. Cup your hand and pat at his left and right sides of his body.
