Heyhey do yall introduce your LO cows milk once they turn 1 years old? If yes how much do they drink per day? TIA.

Yes We have feeding our girl cow’s milk when she turned 1. We didn’t really measure how much she drink coz she drink from the cup, averaging 500ml-600ml per day. PD(from Kinder Clinic) mentioned to us before that, after 1 year old, LO should consume all the nutrients from solid, milk intake advisable not more than 500ml as milk only act as a calcium supplement not main meal anymore.
