Breastfeeding , breasts hard as rock but pump only gt 5ml -10ml

Help needed, breasts engorged till hard as rock wanna burst le but hand express nothing, pump only 5ml to 10ml.. can help how to empty breasts milk effectively n quicker?

check if your pump parts are correct size and suction strength. also what’s the pump duration?
