i did experienced it! had 3rd degree tear. walking, sitting, shitting, farting, sleeping, all pain😂but i dont do anything to the pain, just painkillers hosp gave and endure the rest. they say feel pain is good so it heals faster 🤔😬
You need the wound to heal so that you won’t feel pain. Can use a Fridababy Peri Bottle to wash after using the toilet, use a perineal antiseptic spray, keep the area clean and dry and eat your painkillers.
