Me po, before.. this is what I did, The breech tilt, or pelvic tilt, essentially means lying on the floor and raising your hips, with your feet planted on the ground and your knees bent mga 20-30 mins po, 2x a day everyday.. also cold compress po, nilagay ko kung saan ung ulo ni baby.. somehow, he/she will feel uncomfortable kase malamig and move :) may pagasa pa..
