Bloated after meals

Helloos im on my early pregnancy. After every meals i ate i felt super bloated. is it normal? Or any ways to relieve. I dont need alot, i just eat as normal.

Drinking lemon ginger tea helped for me but the best way to avoid bloatedness is to drastically reduce your food portion and eat really slowly so as not to introduce more wind to your digestive system. Don't worry about baby not getting enough nutrients from us yet - they'll find a way to extract nutrients out of us no matter what lol.

I felt bloated thruout my pregnancy, worst at 3rd trimester when youre bloated + braxton hicks. For me i ate ginger pills helps to debloat abit

hellooo. same here hahah i reduce the portion and eat more meals. if still bloated i will chew on sour plums😁

Reduce the portion, eat slow. Try to go for lighter foods and less salty/spicy foods.

instead of 3 full meals, take 5 small ones ✨ have a safe and happy pregnancy!!!

Yes normal. And mine was there throughout the pregnancy
