Heard brown rice might not be suitable for consumption during pregnancy but I have been eating it for my daily meals. Any thoughts?
I had brown rice at some point of my pregnancy leh.. i didnt know not suitable?? Why not suitable ah?
i read and said it can be taken in moderation but not daily due to high amount of arsenic..i have been eating brown rice during pregnancy now because thought brown rice is good
