Anyone visited friend’s newborn at hospital when pregnant?

Heard about some pantang but not v sure so wanted to check! First baby so more anxious generally..

Better dont. As theyre alr very tired and overwhelmed. Best to visit when they are done with their confinement or when they have settled down

Actually she was the one who said she can see visitors 😅 but yeah I think I shall avoid first then! Thanks!!
