Alamak, HB 9.6 tu memang low kan, kesian lah. A few of my mum friends kena iron studies juga, and honestly, the injection isn't as scary as it sounds, ada yg kata it's just like regular blood test lah, tapi mungkin agak sakit sikit at the injection site, pastu some ada mild side effects macam nausea or headache for a day or two je. Tapi the good news is it works faster than oral supplements, so kalau memang deficiency serious, it does help. Tunggu hasil iron study dulu, then doctor will tell you whether you need it or just adjust supplements, sometimes switching brands or timing (like taking with vitamin C, or on empty stomach) boleh make a difference. Definitely ask the doctor at KKIA semua your concerns pasal the injection, sebab mereka boleh explain better based on your specific situation!
