hello sis! constipated ako and may nireseta sa akin na kapag ininom mo before matulog ay kinabukasan makakapupu ka na pero need mo yun inumin if need lang talaga. much better pa rin na damihan ang kain ng vegetables at intake ng water. ask your OB regarding meds, sorry dapat sa OB mo mangaling bago ka magtake meds kaya di ko sasabihin kung ano yun..😊
