Having braxton hicks like mild menses cramp at week 35 is it labour soon? I can feel the gravity weight is pulling down too. What's next?

Braxton Hicks is pretty normal. NExt is to actually monitor the contractions once it gets pretty painful or very close together. If it;s 10-15mins apart. TIme to head down to the hosp.
