Should I go to the hospital?

Having bloody show and losing mucus plug for past 3 days. Experiencing prodormal labour contractions for past 2 days which are painful (slightly more so than menstrual cramps), regular pattern especially at night but lesser in the mornings about 9 min apart.. Should I go to the hospital?
