37 weeks now,

Having abit of cramps here and there and still can take it . Is that’s consider as contraction ? As this is my first time having a baby and sometimes I feel like there a vibration/ shivering sensation in my stomach is it normal ? #firstbaby #advicepls #pleasehelp

Cramps could be Braxton Hicks. Vibrations are very normal. When it’s time to deliver, you will know.. contactions will be constant and intervals will get shorter and shorter
