Pokka Bottled Drinks

Have stopped drinking teas ever since i know that im preg. Teas i mean green tea, milk tea etc.. Im always a fan of pokka green tea, can literally drink it everyday.. is it okay to consume? Once in a while? Pokka green tea, peach tea or teh bing #1stimemom #pregnancy #advicepls

Yes it is ok to consume once in awhile like 1 week 2 times but dont consume more than 1 bottle plus i am also a fan of pokka green tea 😅

Those teas are not really “caffeine” teas but loaded with sugar. You can take it once in awhile.

yes you can still drink it. probably have to cut down the frequency thats all.
