It's normal..i always try to tell myself this is bcos of growing baby so I'll need to sacrifice for a little while. If everybody can do it I can do it too. If can't drink water eat fruits. For me I can't drink water too during first tri. I drink as much fluid be it chocolate milk with cereal, honey water(this gives u energy try it), pocari sweat and 100plus for electrolytes. It will get better from week 13 or 14 onwards. When you wake up in the morning, don't brush your teeth first. Keep some plain crackers beside your bed. When you open your eyes in the morning put some in your mouth and slowly chew it. Let the crackers absorb your stomach acid. Rest awhile before getting up. I find it helps.
