Sure. That's what I do all the time. Just try to change position to your side from time to time to get used to sleeping on your side. This is just so that you dont block blood circulation (your uterus is heavy and may put pressure on a vein on your back), but if your blood circulates fine, then no problem. But if you wake up feeling out of breath or dizzy, or numb somewhere, then you should definitely change your position. If this happens more than once then don't sleep like this anymore.
